Holly Management Properties is invested in the communities we serve, developing and maintaining properties with a strong sense of Cape Cod character and ingenuity. New development in Cape Cod is a rigorous and challenging process. We have been successful at building and owning a diverse portfolio regardless of market conditions. We appreciate working with local and national tenants in helping them reach their full potential.

We continue to develop sustainable and meaningful properties that service the local community and enhance the local area with needed goods and service. Recent examples are a new Tractor Supply retail center and Walgreens and Starbucks stores near the airport rotary. We recently converted an office building located on Main Street Hyannis to 22 loft style brick and beam apartments.

We are excited about our latest developments that are currently in the planning and design stages including high rise luxury condominiums overlooking Hyannis harbor, self storage buildings in the Hyannis Industrial Park and an apartment conversion project.
